As a roommate, his foster mom reports that Otto is the easiest cat to live with. He’s playful (especially with wand toys), chatty about his day, and his signature move is to delicately dip his paw in his water bowl to get a drink! Otto is also a fan of flat cardboard scratchers and brushing. Otto would love to go to a home where there are either no other cats or one that has an older, laidback cat.
